Castle & Estate Share-owning
One of the many modalities of participating in our Order is the Paladium level of Membership, which consists in becoming a share-owner in a Castle, Estate or other Chivalry property.
We invite our members, investors, supporters and friends to consider becoming a partial owner of a property of significant value (over $2 Million USD), which would be held by a separate and independent corporation, owned by the investors. We can design a special project for each property, in which investors of any combination of a variety of levels of participation (corporate share, condominium, time-share habitations and/or property usage, rentals, leases to third-party operations on part of the properties, such as BnB etc..) collaborate to provide sufficient funding to purchase and maintain a chilvaric property as a Commandery in our Order.
Such properties could include Castles, noble estates of special or non-significant cultural interest, equestrian retreats, private islands etc..
